TERMS & CONDITIONS: Land will be sold Bid Amount x 55.615 Acres. Earnest Money Deposit of $15,000 will be due upon signing of Purchase Contract, at completion of Auction, payable to Security 1st Title, Newton, KS who will act as Escrow & Closing Agent.
